For existing patients of our clinic you can call the office during office hours, or send us an e-mail to make, change or cancel an appointment.
For matters requiring urgent attention, please see your family physician or present to your local hospital for evaluation.
There is no paid parking at our location.
Please do not call the office inquiring about dates, we will contact you when we have dates available.
The hospital will contact you directly before surgery. Usually this is a few weeks ahead of time, but sometimes your pre-op appointment may happen the week BEFORE surgery. If it is the week before surgery and you have still not heard from the hospital please contact our office.
Elective surgeries have varying wait times. We are unable to accurately estimate wait times, but will reach out to you as soon as we have a date for you.
Where do I find my post-op appointment date and time?
The hospital will call you directly with your post-operative appointment.
Our providers are fully booked with appointments during office hours and are unable to take patient phone calls as providing medical advice over the phone is not appropriate. If you do need to speak to the provider directly, the best way to speak with them is to book an appointment.
Please advise us of any time that you are away or unavailable prior to your surgery date. We need this information as soon as you have it so that we are able to contact you with any additional surgical information you may need.
If your appointment was booked for you while you were at the Fracture Clinic, or if you need to book your own follow-up please call them directly at (905) 378-4647 x 45640.
We do not have access to the Fracture Clinic schedule. We are unable to look up, or book any appointments for the hospital.
If you are unable to reach them by phone you can walk in to book an appointment at 1200 Fourth Ave. , 4th Floor of the Walkers Center.

Please bring a valid healthcard and a list of current medications to your first appointment.
If you have had imaging done outside of the Niagara Region we will need these images brought with you to your appointment on a disc. You will need to pick these up from the location in which you had them, only having a report sent to our office will not be sufficient.
Our office is mask friendly, but masks are not required at this time.
